How to activate a Plugsurfing charging card

Once your charging card arrives, activate it in the Plugsurfing app with the code printed on the back of the card.

Open the Plugsurfing app and go to:

Account → Add charging card → Activate

📱 Activate your card in the Plugsurfing app

1. Open the Plugsurfing app and log in
2. Go to Account
3. Select Add charging card, or Charging cards if you already have a card
4. Select Activate
5. Enter the code printed on the back of your card
6. Select Continue

Once it's activated, you'll find your card under Account → Charging cards.

🔍 Can't activate your card?

1. Check the code: Your card has either a 16-digit number, like 1234 5678 9012 3456, or a 12-character code that starts with DE8PS. Enter the full code, including DE8PS.
2. Check whether the card is already added: If the card is already active on your account, you'll see an error message. Look under Account → Charging cards.
