How to order a Plugsurfing charging card

You can order a charging card in the Plugsurfing app.

Open the Plugsurfing app and go to:

Account → Add charging card → Order now

Choose a card or a key fob, add your delivery address and payment method, and place your order. There's a charge for the card, which the app shows before you order.

📱 Order your card in the Plugsurfing app

1. Open the Plugsurfing app
2. Log in with your email address
3. Go to Account
4. Select Add charging card, or Charging cards if you already have a card
5. Select Order now
6. Choose a card or a key fob
7. Add your delivery address
8. Add a payment method
9. Place your order

📦 When will my card arrive?

Your charging card should arrive within 7 business days. Once it's there, activate it in the app (see How to activate charging card). If it hasn't arrived after 7 business days, contact Plugsurfing support.
