If you have lost your charging card, disable it as soon as possible to prevent any unauthorized access to your account.
You can disable your charging card in the app:
- Open the Plugsurfing app and log into your account
- Tap on "Account" at the bottom of the screen
- Tap on "Charging cards"
- Select the charging card that you want to disable
- Tap on the "Disable" button and confirm the action
Once you have disabled the lost key, you can order a new one in the app:
- Open the Plugsurfing app
- Log in with your email and password
- Tap "Account" at the bottom of the screen
- In the "Store" section, choose "Get a charging card"
- Choose between the card and the key chain model
- Tap "Add to cart"
- Tap "View cart"
- Tap "Continue"
- Add your delivery address
- Add payment method
- Place an order
