How to order a charging card?

You can order a charging card directly in the Plugsurfing app or the web portal. Here’s how it’s done.

In the app:

1. Open the Plugsurfing app
2. Log in with your email and password
3. Tap "Account" at the bottom of the screen
4. In the "Store" section, choose "Get a charging card"
5. Choose between the card and the key chain model
6. Tap "Add to cart"
7. Tap "View cart"
8. Tap "Continue"
9. Add your delivery address
10. Add payment method
11. Place an order

In the web portal:

1. Open the web portal
2. Log in with your email and password
3. In the left-hand menu, choose "Store"
4. Choose between the card and the key chain model
5. Click on "Buy"
6. Click on "View cart"
7. Click on "Checkout"
8. Add your delivery address
9. Add payment method
10. Place an order

The charging key should arrive within 7 business days. If you didn't receive your order, reach out to our support team and we will sort it out.
