When you receive your charging card and try to add it to your Plugsurfing account you sometimes get an error message.
If this happens, double-check the number printed on the back of the card. The charging card can have either of the following:
- It can have a 16 digit numerical ID (ex: 1234 5678 9012 3456)
- It can have a 12 digit code that begins with the identical five digits DE*8PS*. The remaining 7 digits are unique to your charging key. Fill in these digits to complete the charging card code.
