1. Charging Points Map: To find charging points near you, tap on the "Charge" button at the bottom of your screen. You can filter charging points by speed, availability, and connector type, making it easy to find the charger that fits your needs.
2. Account Settings: Tap on “Account” at the bottom of your screen. From there, you can manage your account details, payment methods, and subscription settings.
3. Charging History: Tap on "Activity" at the bottom of your screen. You can view your past transactions, including the charging point location, start and end time, and total cost.
4. Support: Tap on “Account” at the bottom of your screen, scroll down to the "Support & settings" section, and click on "Support". You can access our FAQ section or chat with our customer support team for assistance.
