How to create an account

To use the Plugsurfing app, you need to create an account. Here's how it works:

1. Download the app: You can find it on the App Store and Google Play.
2. Enter your email: When you open the app for the first time, you'll be prompted to create a new account. Enter your email address
3. Verify your email: We'll send a verification link to your email. Click the link to verify your account and complete registration.
4. Log in: Enter your email in the app. We'll send you a secure login link. Click the link to access your account instantly. Each login link is valid for one use and expires after 60 minutes. You won't need to log in often - your session lasts up to 3 years unless you log out.
5. Select your country of residence: We need this to display the correct prices for subscriptions and other services.
6. Add a payment method: We support Visa and Mastercard. You can add your card manually or with a single tap using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
7. Order a charging card (recommended): To make sure you can charge anywhere you go, we recommend ordering a charging card. This physical card or key chain tag lets you start charging sessions by tapping it on the RFID reader at the station.
