With the Plugsurfing app, you can find chargers, set a price limit so the map only shows chargers within your limit, and plan charging stops for longer trips. You can also start, stop, and pay for charging sessions, and manage your payment methods, charging cards, and receipts.

🗺️ Find the right charger

Search the map: Find chargers near you or at any address or place.
Filter the map: Use Selected operators, Minimum speed, and Plugs at the top of the map. Open Map settings for more filters, like Only available now and 800 V charging stations only.
Set a price limit: Select the settings icon at the top left of the map to open Map settings, then go to Price limit and set the most you want to pay per kWh. The map then only shows chargers within your limit. The limit uses the price per kWh only.
Compare nearby chargers: Pull up the Chargers in this area panel to see nearby chargers with their price, closest first.
Check the parking type: A charger's details show where it is: on-street parking, parking lot, multistorey car park, underground car park, motorway rest area, or private driveway. That way, you know before you arrive if you'll need a garage ticket, for example.
Save favorites: Select the heart to save chargers you use often.

🧭 Plan longer trips

Trip planner: Select Trip to open the Trip planner. Enter your destination and battery level, and select Plan trip to see charging stops along your route. Under Prioritized operators, choose the operators you'd like your route to use.

⚡ Charge and pay

Start and stop sessions: Use the app, or hold your charging card or key fob to the charger's RFID reader.
Pay your way: Add a Visa or Mastercard manually, or use Apple Pay or Google Pay. Set a default payment method in Account → Payment methods.
Charging cards: Order and manage your cards in Account → Charging cards.
Vouchers: Add vouchers in Account → Vouchers.

🧾 Keep track

Activity: See your charging history.
Receipts: Download your receipts in Account → Receipts.
My car: Add your car to see the charger types that suit it.
