- Contact the CPO: Contact the charging point operator (CPO) that owns and operates the charging station. The contact information for the CPO should be displayed on the charging station or in the Plugsurfing app. The CPO will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and resolve the problem.
- Escalate the issue: If the CPO cannot resolve the issue, contact Plugsurfing customer support. Our support team will work with you to escalate the issue to the CPO and ensure that the problem is resolved.
- Follow up: After reporting an issue, make sure to follow up with both the CPO operator and Plugsurfing support team to ensure that the problem is resolved. If you were unable to use the charging station due to the issue, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.
