How do I get started in the Polestar Charge app? – Plugsurfing

When you log in to the Polestar Charge app for the first time, you will be prompted to create a new account. We will email you a confirmation code to verify your account. Enter this confirmation code into the app to create your account.
If you are a new customer, please add the VIN number when registering in the app to access Polestar-specific offers. Current customers will be prompted to add a VIN when they open the app. Your charging key will work as long as it's been activated. To charge via the app, you will need to add the VIN.
Add your preferred payment method. We support all major credit and debit cards, Apple, and Google pay.
Add the RFID charging key you received during the vehicle handover.
Please complete the above steps to continue using your Polestar Charge app and charging key.
The Polestar Charge app is available in the App Store and Google Play.
