How to purchase a Plugsurfing+ subscription – Plugsurfing

Plugsurfing+ is only available in the UK. For £6.90 a month, you get 15 percent off charging at selected UK operators, and you can cancel at any time. The discount applies to the price per kWh only, not to time-based tariffs, session fees, or blocking fees.

Open the Plugsurfing app and go to:

Account → Subscriptions → Plugsurfing+

📍 Who can subscribe

Plugsurfing+ is available if your country of residence is the United Kingdom. You select your country when you create your account, and the app uses it to show the right subscriptions and prices.

Open the Plugsurfing app
Go to Account
Select Subscriptions
Select Plugsurfing+
Check the payment method shown. To use a different one, select it
Select Subscribe

Your discount starts right away, and your subscription renews every month until you cancel it.

The discount applies to the price per kWh only. Time-based tariffs, session fees, and blocking fees aren't discounted.

Prices at these operators already show your discount in the app, and it applies automatically, whether you start in the app or with your charging card. To see only their chargers, add them to your selected operators.

❌ Cancel your subscription

Plugsurfing+ is non-binding, so you can cancel at any time:

Open the Plugsurfing app
Go to Account
Select Subscriptions
Select Plugsurfing+
Select Cancel subscription, then Continue to cancel
Choose a reason and select Cancel subscription

What happens next:

Within 14 days of subscribing: your subscription ends right away, and you get a proportional refund to your payment method.
After 14 days: your subscription stays active until your next renewal date, then ends.
Subscribing again: you can't subscribe again right away. The app shows the date from which you can.
