How to buy a Plugsurfing+ subscription (UK)
1. Download the app
Get the Plugsurfing app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Create or log in to your account
Open the app and either sign in or create a new account using your email and password.
You’ll receive a confirmation email - enter the code to verify your account.
During setup, select “United Kingdom” as your country to ensure UK pricing and subscriptions are available.
3. Set up your payment method
In the app, go to Account, then Payment methods, and add your Visa or Mastercard, or use Apple/Google Pay.
4. Order your RFID charging card or key (optional but recommended)
Still in Account, select Get a charging card to order a physical card or key fob.
Add your delivery address and pay the fee (~€9.95 including VAT).
Activate it once received by entering the 12-digit ID in the app. This gives you access to stations that require RFID.
5. Subscribe to Plugsurfing+
Navigate to the Subscriptions tab in the app.
Tap the Plugsurfing+ plan – it shows the details and £6.90/month price.
Confirm by sliding the subscription toggle. Your discount starts immediately.
6. Start charging with your discount
Use the app to locate a UK DC/HPC charger that participates (e.g., InstaVolt, Osprey, Fuuse, MFG EV Power, Sainsbury's Smart Charge, TotalEnergies).
Begin a charging session via the app or by tapping your RFID card. The 15% discount will be automatically applied.
