- Make sure that you're using the Plugsurfing app and account as receipts and invoices may not be visible across all of our app solutions.
- It's possible that the receipt or invoice hasn't been issued yet, so we kindly ask for your patience as it may take some time.
- If the receipt or invoice has been issued and you still can't find it, please check the "Activity" section of your app.
Please note that not all customers have invoices enabled across all our app solutions. It's possible that this feature may not be available in your account.
