Steps for account setup

Follow these steps to start charging with Plugsurfing:

1. Download the Plugsurfing app for iOS or Android.

2. Create a user account in the app or on our website.

3. Add a preferred payment method, either credit card or SEPA bank transfer.

4. Order an RFID charging key for full network access.
