I bought a second-hand Nissan EV, how can I register for the service?

▪ Sign up via Nissan Charge App or user portal (Nissan.plugsurfing.com)

▪ Fill in your e-mail address and creating a password

▪ Register your Nissan EV VIN number. If the previous owner has not yet deleted their VIN number, you will get an error message. In this case, you need to communicate to vin.check@plugsurfing.com a proof of the ownership (ID copy and Car Registration documents copy with the same name)

▪ You will then get a confirmation and an access to the Nissan Charge App within 4 hours (within working hours of the Customer Service).
