- Use the Nissan Charge app - Go to Menu-> Support->Chat support and start a chat through chat support.
- You will be greeted by a chatbot assistant which will guide you through Plugsurfing’s knowledge base to answer any question related to Nissan Charge services (eg regarding charging keys or networks).
- If the information available in our knowledge base is not answering your question, an agent will directly take over the discussion in the chat.
