Can I access stations with the app if I forgot my key or lost it?

This depends on the type of station. Some stations are only equipped with an RFID reader and are not yet able to be controlled by apps. Most charging points can be accessed with the Charging Key. Generally, 50% of stations are accessible through the app for about 96% with the RFID key.
