▪ You can deactivate the Charging Key in the app or user portal (Charging Key Menu).
▪ If you don’t manage to deactivate the key, you can ask the Customer Service to do it for you. This is to block your Nissan Charging key as soon as possible to avoid any illegitimate use
▪ You can order a new key anytime directly from the app or the user portal.
▪ In case of lost charging key, or extra charging key to be ordered, the customer can do that on his profile, but this might come with a fee.
