Depending on the station you can start a charging session with the RFID Charging Key or with the app. This information is displayed in the app for each charging station. You can use the filters in the app to show you the charging stations compatible with your car, the Charging Key or the app activation.
Starting a session with the app:
On the map, click on the charging station you want to use. Detailed information about the charging station status will appear. Click on the “Start” button to start a session. This button is only shown at stations that are app-payable.
Starting a session with the charging key:
Hold the Charging Key to the marked connecting point and the charging session will start after a couple of seconds. Depending on the station, you can plug in your car before or after the authorisation. Steps for starting the charging session are also often detailed on the physical charging point.
Issues starting your session? First check to see that the cable has been inserted correctly in your car and the charging station. You can also stop and start the session again. If the station is not working, please contact the provider directly.
