How do I add or change a payment method?

 In the app:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the Account section in the menu on the bottom of the screen.

2. Tap the Payment section. Here you can see already added payment methods and add new payment methods. 

3. To add a new payment method, tap Add payment method and select Credit Card. 

• When adding a credit card, you will be prompted to fill in your card number, expiry date and CVC/CBVV code. Tap Pay 0,00€ to add the payment method. Once this is complete, you will be redirected to the Payment section of the app, where you will see this credit card listed under Available Payment Methods.

In the user portal:

1. Log in to your account via the user portal and navigate to the Payment Methods section in the menu on the left side of the portal.

2. Here, you can see any vouchers in your account as well as payment methods already added. To add a new one, scroll down to the Add a Payment Method section.

3. Select Credit Card or PayPal and follow the directions on screen to complete the addition. 

• When adding a credit card, you will be prompted to fill in your card number, expiry date and CVC/CBVV code. Click Add Credit Card to add the payment method. Once this is complete, you will be redirected to the Payment Methods section of the user portal, where you will see this credit card listed under Current Payment Methods.
