How does billing work?

Billing is a legacy feature we no longer offer to new Plugsurfing customers.

By default, all Plugsurfing accounts are pay-as-you-go: the charging sessions are automatically paid after each session with the credit/debit card associated with your account.

However, some drivers still have billing as a payment option. Here’s how billing works for them.

The billing period will be stated in the invoice, monthly.

Billing processes vary across different countries due to differences in tax laws and regulations. We will do our best to help you understand how billing works in your specific location.
