If a customer has issues with a charging key and wants to disable it, or if the charging key has been disabled and the customer wants to enable it again, they can do so in the Plugsurfing app.
If you’re having issues with the charging key and want to disable it, you can do this in the Plugsurfing app:
- Open the Plugsurfing app and log into your account
- Tap on “≡” to go to the main menu
- Tap on “My Account”
- Tap on *”*Charging Keys”
- Select the charging key that you want to disable
- Tap on the "Disable" button and confirm the action
To enable a disabled charging key, follow these steps:
- Open the Plugsurfing app and log into your account
- Tap on “≡” to go to the main menu
- Tap on “My Account”
- Tap on *”*Charging Keys”
- Select the disabled charging key you want to enable
- Tap on the "Enable" button and confirm the action
