When you receive your charging key and try to add it to your Plugsurfing account you sometimes get an error message.
If this happens, double-check the 12 digits EVCO ID number printed on the back of the card. Every key begins with the identical five digits DE*8PS*. The remaining 7 digits are unique to your charging key. Fill in these digits to complete the charging key code.
